This is to warn you from using Lloyds TSB bank. I wasted around 6 hours of my time, totally wasted. Firstly they have given me the overdraft which they have cancelled on the next day. My phone bill which ought to be paid with this money didn't go through. I had to go to the branch again, queue up for some time and after that a lady from the bank told me that they will generously cancel the fine for not realised direct debit. I laughed in her face. Another one, I got a new credit card, I had to wait for my PIN for three weeks, during this I had to make three phone calls to ask for it. Some dumb-ass was sending it to a non existing Lloyds branch. I had to dribble with my cards and money on my account coz I couldn't use the credit card, finally when I got one my card was swallowed in the cash point. The PIN which they've send me was allowing me only to access the card but it wasn't allowing me to unblock the PIN or use the card in the shop. Right now I don't have a card and I still need it.

Next thing - I went to the branch to pay in some monies… I paid in and leave - the monies should be available immediately on the account. Yes they were - but without the first digit. I got really pissed off. I had to go back to the bank and explain whole thing, another waste of time. Lady there told me - oh I am sorry, that was a bad luck... - long streak of bad lucks I said.

 Last one - I went to them and applied for a personal loan, the guy was really willing to give me this loan, I spend with him on the first meeting around half an hour, then went on the second meeting when I finally made my mind. Another 30 minutes to get the answer - it was declined coz u not paying the council tax... Time is money guys! Finally I had to pay in 10 quid just to make a full rent payment, again because I couldn't use my credit card.
