This is to warn you from using Lloyds TSB bank. I wasted around 6 hours of my time, totally wasted. Firstly they have given me the overdraft which they have cancelled on the next day. My phone bill which ought to be paid with this money didn't go through. I had to go to the branch again, queue up for some time and after that a lady from the bank told me that they will generously cancel the fine for not realised direct debit. I laughed in her face.
